The Billing Clerk position supports the Customer Service Department. Duties include reviewing telecommunication bills with customers, calculating and confirming correct invoice charges and ensuring any billing issues are current and resolved. This position also researches billing disputes for customers.
Analyzing bills, determining any applicable credits, proposing credits for approval and posting credits once approved.
Reviewing bills with customers, researching disputes utilizing heavy communication with many internal departments as well as customers and agents.
Multitasking in a high volume and fast paced environment.
Ability to work within different databases with complete accuracy
Telecom experience a BIG plus
Multi-level pricing structure experience also a plus
Candidate must possess the ability to work independently with minimal direction
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
EXTREMELY Detail oriented
Superior Customer Service Skills
